Walk-Throughs

It is customary for buyers to “walk through” the home they are purchasing one last time  on the day before a closing. The buyer is looking to ensure everything is in working order per what was outlined in the sales contract, such as fans, ceiling lights, washing machine, etc. Be  sure to take care of any issues before closing or have money set aside in escrow for any issues that may arise because if it’s not in the contract, the seller will no longer be responsible after the delivery of the deed.
